Who We Are
Family Forum, Inc. is a private, non-profit corporation that provides programs for families in Ashland, Bayfield, Douglas, Iron, and Price Counties of Wisconsin. The corporation is made up of a Governing Board who manage the affairs of the corporation through the Executive Director. The programs provided by Family Forum, Inc. are Head Start / Early Head Start.

Jeanne Myer
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Jeanne serves as the Executive Director of Family Forum, Inc. (FFI), bringing more than 30 years of experience in the Head Start field. Her career includes 17 years with FFI in direct service roles, three years in the Office of Head Start’s Training and Technical Assistance System, and the past 10 years leading the organization as Executive Director. Jeanne is passionate about supporting children, families, and communities through educational opportunity and strong partnerships. A former Army National Guard Sergeant, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, sports, and ATV riding.

Joan Keeler-Pellman
PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Joan serves as Program Director at Family Forum, Inc., where she has dedicated more than 34 years, starting with FFI in 1991, to supporting children and families. With experience spanning leadership, health, and family services roles, she brings a strong commitment to early childhood development and family well-being. Joan is passionate about building strong partnerships with staff and families and believes that investing in young children and prenatal families creates lasting positive change in communities.

Lynn Timmons
FINANCE OFFICER
Lynn is the Finance Officer at Family Forum, Inc. and has been with the agency since 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is passionate about supporting the agency's mission by helping secure the resources needed for children and families to thrive. Lynn is proud of Family Forum's commitment to helping young children build a strong foundation for success in kindergarten. Originally from outside Wisconsin, Lynn enjoys puzzles, games, and has a special love for dachshunds.

Lilian Hassel
HUMAN RESOURCES LEAD
Lilian joined Family Forum, Inc.’s Executive Team in October 2024 as Human Resources Lead, bringing more than 16 years of HR experience along with an HR Professional Certificate and SHRM membership. Drawn to the organization’s inspiring culture and opportunities for continued learning, she is passionate about supporting employee well-being and fostering a safe, welcoming workplace where every staff member feels heard and valued. Outside of work, Lilian enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband, thrifting, and family cosplay with her three children and three beloved fur babies.
