Family Forum, Inc.’s 2024 Annual Report

2024 Year in Review
We are proud to report the achievements we have made, the challenges we have overcome, and the goals we are continuing to work toward this past year. Some great examples are:
Transition to a fully paperless application process (save trees and time!).
Creating stable and supportive environments for children and families.
Improving our education plan to hire deserving community members and help them meet job requirements.
Family and Community Engagement
Finance
Family Forum, Inc. is funded by federal and state grants. Cost of Living Adjustments (COLA) are yearly adjustments we can receive to adjust to rising costs of goods and services we use to provide programming.
Some years, our COLA is close to inflation percentages, but often it is not. Over the last five years, we have seen a total shortfall of 7.78% from what we receive to how much goods and services have increased.

Health Services and Nutrition
We prioritize the health and wellbeing of children and their families through comprehensive health services, quality monitoring, and innovative partnerships. Our programs include regular health screenings, nutritional and mental health support, and collaborations with local providers to ensure accessible care. By addressing health, nutrition, and emotional resilience, we create a supportive environment for children to thrive. Our mission extends beyond classrooms, aiming to strengthen families and communities for brighter futures.
